The challenge

Horizen’s floating spa and infrared sauna experiences sell themselves in person — but online, the journey from interest to booked session passed through too many touchpoints, and the brand’s calm, premium feel was getting lost between the ad click and the calendar. High-intent wellness traffic was leaking out of every extra step.

02

Our approach

We treated the booking as the product. The website was rebuilt around a booking system integrated directly into the platform, so a session could be secured without detours, and we produced the photography and videography ourselves so the ads and the site spoke one visual language. Meta campaigns then drove demand straight into that low-friction journey.

03

What we delivered

A ground-up website rebuild with the booking engine living natively in the platform — no third-party hand-offs, fewer touchpoints before the final conversion. On-location photography and videography supplied the ad creative and the site’s graphics from a single shoot, and Meta PPC carried the brand’s calm into feeds year-round, peaking with a Christmas gift-card push built for the giving season.

The full result

Low friction. High return.

One booking journey, one visual language, and paid media pointed straight at both.

  1. 01

The booking moved in. The friction moved out.

Integrating the booking system directly into the website platform removed the detours between interest and a confirmed session. Fewer touchpoints before the final conversion meant high-intent visitors arrived, chose a time and paid — all without leaving the experience.

Meta spend that kept paying for itself.

Across the whole program, PPC on Meta delivered an 876% return on spend. Creative built from our own photography and videography kept the feed and the website telling the same story, so every click landed somewhere that looked — and converted — like the ad promised.
